  11.      I'm still a little bewildered by all the traffic regarding the
  12. new version of Lightwave. There are people trying to run beta graphics
  13. software under beta operating systems! Really now, how much work do
  14. you expect to get done? I've been buying software in pre-release
  15. for years now and have learned not to delete the old version until
  16. the new is stable, in fact, I've ceased buying software until the
  17. bug reports have died down. Not that I want to detract from
  18. Lightwave's sales but.... sometimes it's better to just wait...

  20. OOTAR: The new version dosen't include glows yet so I've just set
  21.        a couple of hundred lens flares manually (well, lightswarm
  22.        helped). Does anyone have an easier way to manipulate the
  23.        envelopes en masse? I was going to try editing (search and
  24.        replace) the scene file itself but the time for experimentation
  25.        had passed. I've just completed a rather snappy lit cigarette
  26.        and don't want to do it again ;-). Sugggestions?
